ALTD has shared what update?
With its subsidiaries, Altitude International operates academies of athletic training, academic development, and tuition-based pre-college learning centers. ALTD takes pride in developing unique, membrane-based designs that simulate altitude environments. ALTD’s product line includes home-use systems and rooms that can be fully integrated. Recently, ALTD and Woodway, the world’s leading treadmill manufacturer, entered into a Strategic Alliance. In the United States, Woodway becomes the primary manufacturer, representative, and distributor for ALTD systems. Florida-based ALTD was established in 2020.
In yesterday’s business update, Altitude International’s CEO, Gregory Breunich, provided the following.
- ALTD implemented a rebranding program following its last shareholder update on August 25, 2021 in order to increase market awareness and name recognition for the Company and its subsidiaries. As a result, all ALTD subsidiaries are now known as Altitude, highlighting their synergies with its growing brand space in the marketplace.
- ALTD is now experiencing some of the following growth:
- The Maxim RU unit being tested at Camp Lejeune has been completed by ALTD Water and Russkap Holdings.
- The ALTD Wellness team is about to open its flagship Florida location. The location includes a hyperbaric chamber, an infrared sauna, a cryotherapy chamber, compression therapy, infusion therapies, and numerous other services.
- ALTD’s Altitude Chambers have seen dramatic increases in demand as professional sports teams and collegiate teams play before sold-out crowds again.
- As Altitude Soccer prepared for the summer season of 2021, a number of coaches changed in the heat of enrollment. Altitude Soccer has been positioned for immediate growth by director Ferdy DeMatais.
- Max Jelinek, a professional golfer with Altitude Golf, competed in his first European event on August 19 and 20, “the Czech Masters”, at Albatross Golf Resort in the Czech Republic.
- In addition to being a homegrown player of Altitude Tennis Academy (starting with the academy at the age of 13 without any ranking at the time), Maria Camila Osorio Serrano just competed in the recent 2021 US Open pro tour event.
- Three ALTD Volleyball Academy players were named to the All-American Team and ALTD finished in third place at the AAU Indoor Championships.
- As part of its new agreement with Altitude Cleaning and Sanitizing, AlTD’s cleaning and sanitation operation continues to clean and sanitize 58 of H & R Block’s South Florida locations.
Adrian and the team at Altitude Basketball are deep in the planning stages for launching the basketball academy in 2022.
